FebFast has now evolved into taking a ‘pause’ from more than just alcohol. Here are some other habits that can been broken for the next 28 days. Enjoy the benefits!

Cutting out grog?
Fill a wine glass with sparkling water, add ice and squeeze in some fresh lemon or lime. For some, it may be no alcohol mid-week or limit it to just one glass at dinner (never drink on an empty stomach!).

Cutting out sugar?
When the craving hits, nibble on a piece of 90% dark chocolate (trust us, it is impossible to overindulge). If you eat some protein with the dark chocolate (such as almonds), it will help balance your sugar levels. You can also snack on flavoursome blueberries with creamy organic natural yoghurt.

Cutting out coffee?
Replace it with a decaf, green tea or Tea Tonic’s Coffee Addict Tea. You can also get a pick me up from a cold pressed green juice pumped full of energising vitamins.

Cutting out social media?
Phone a friend, Skype or organise a face-to-face catch up instead. You should also charge your phone outside of the bedroom overnight to avoid the temptation late at night – not to mention your exposure to EMF radiation!

Cutting out takeaway?

What if I fall off the wagon?
Just get back on again! You are only human. Don’t give up, simply accept that you slipped up and keep moving forward towards your goal. We find it helps when you have a friend to ‘pause’ with.
