GINA McNAMARA

Gina is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and also has a post-graduate in Health Science (Health Promotion and Health Education). In addition to her work on developing Grassroots Wellbeing, she developed the juice range and is currently the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach for Organic Avenue Australia. Her life changing position, however, was at The Golden Door Health Retreat where she worked as a personal trainer. This experience was pivotal in her realizing that inspiring others to make healthier choices was what she wanted to commit herself to. With an abundance of energy, she loved waking up the guests at dawn with a ‘Rise & Shine”! Today, Gina is a dedicated wife and mother and still bounds around sharing her passion for nourishing food and staying active for the benefit of herself and her young family. Healthy menu planning and self-care is made even more important in her house as she has an auto-immune disease (Hashimoto’s Disease) and her eldest son suffers from food allergies and asthma. Gina’s infectious love of simple healthy choices is now not just for the benefit of her family, as through Grassroots Wellbeing she plans to spread the message and educate as many people as she can.

HOLLY SHERGOLD

Holly is a qualified reflexologist and also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. On meeting Holly you instantly feel like slowing down and taking a deep breath. She has an amazing sense of calm about her and is a huge advocate for self-care and relaxation being part of one’s wellness program. She has her own private reflexology clinic which has been operating for the past four years and also offers a mobile service for her much sought after healing talents. She has always been interested in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. However, it was a trip to Gwinganna Health Retreat in 2010 that ignited her passion and curiosity for the amazing benefits of reflexology. Having experienced first hand the profound change reflexology can have she was keen to study and make it her career. Although committed to helping others discover their best possible health and wellbeing she loves sharing these talents in her home, with her husband and daughters. Having a daughter with an auto immune disease (Coeliac) has made her even more mindful of her family’s need to be aware of making the right choices for their long term health. In today’s fast paced world, Holly understands more than ever the importance of relaxation and mindfulness and this is part of Grassroots Wellbeing’s philosophy of Keeping it Simple.
